Two continents. More than two decades. CPA Rog was an Internal Auditor for AMA Group of Companies, then in the Kingdom of Bahrain, an Internal Auditor for ISO-certified Kooheji Contractors W.L.L. (1,000+ employees), Chief Accountant for Ahmed Al Wazzan & Sons, and Senior Accountant for Optica WLL (40+ locations in Bahrain, UAE, and Qatar). He comes home to Calamba bringing standards of excellence to the whole of Luzon.
Humble Foundations
Before Rogel C. Consencino became a CPA, MBA, and ASEAN-accredited accountant, he was a young man willing to do whatever it took to build his future. In his undergraduate days, he worked as a service crew member at Wendy's Hamburger, Shakey's Pizza Restaurant, and as a utility clerk at SM Supermarket. He took on temporary loan staff positions and encoding jobs, whatever it took to support his education.
These early experiences taught him something invaluable: the value of hard work, the importance of every peso, and what it truly means to serve others.
Professional Milestones
2019
Established his firm, helping SMEs, cooperatives, and PEZA companies achieve tax compliance, CDA audits, and ISO certification.
2023
Finished his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Laguna College of Business and Arts
2024
Acquired his ASEAN CPA Registration for collaboration with SEA licensed practitioners for independent audit sign-off.
